Where does Misha Pets deliver?
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders delivered to Canadian addresses, with no minimum purchase requirement. Eligible orders are orders accepted by checkout for a supported Canadian delivery address.
How quickly are orders processed?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders are estimated to arrive within 4–5 business days after shipment. This estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
How can I track my order?
Use the Shopify order-status page or the carrier tracking link in your shipping-confirmation email.
Can I cancel an order?
You may request cancellation within 12 hours of ordering. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfilment begins.
How do returns work?
Contact mishapetsca@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Do not mail a return until it has been reviewed and approved.
