These Terms of Service govern use of mishapets.ca and purchases from Misha Pets. Misha Pets is operated by PHOENIX RENASCENCE LTD, which is the legal seller. PHOENIX RENASCENCE LTD is a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17330245.

Misha Pets serves customers in Canada through mishapets.ca. The Canadian fulfilment and mailing location is 136-13107 153 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6V 1R7, Canada. This is not a retail store, walk-in location or authorized return address.
Store use
Provide accurate information and use the store only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with store operation, security or other customers.
Products and orders
Product availability can change. Review descriptions, dimensions and suitability before ordering. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of availability, payment, suspected fraud, errors or legal requirements. If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Prices, payments and taxes
Customer-facing prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods and applicable taxes or customer-payable charges are shown at checkout before submission.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Orders are subject to the published Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customers must contact mishapetsca@gmail.com and obtain return instructions before sending a product. Neither the London registered office nor the Edmonton fulfilment and mailing location accepts unauthorized or walk-in returns.
Pet products
Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their pet and following product instructions. Stop using a product if it becomes damaged or unsafe.
Third-party services
The store uses Shopify and may link to carrier or other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PHOENIX RENASCENCE LTD is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of a product or events outside reasonable control.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms by posting an updated version. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply and are not limited by these terms.
