Shipping policy
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders delivered to Canadian addresses, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays.
Delivery region and timing
We currently deliver to Canadian addresses. Most orders are estimated to arrive within 4–5 business days after shipment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Remote destinations, public holidays, severe weather, address issues, high-volume periods and carrier disruptions may cause delays.
Shipping fees and carriers
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders delivered to Canadian addresses, with no minimum purchase requirement. Eligible orders are orders accepted by checkout for a supported Canadian delivery address. The carrier may vary based on the destination, package and fulfilment requirements.
Fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled through our Edmonton, Alberta warehouse and fulfilment network. Not every product necessarily ships from the Edmonton warehouse.
Tracking
When an order ships, customers receive a shipping-confirmation email with available tracking information and can use the Shopify order-status page.
Addresses and changes
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Email mishapetsca@gmail.com promptly to request a change. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfilment begins.
Delays, loss and delivery concerns
Check the tracking information and surrounding delivery area first. For delayed or lost packages, or packages marked delivered but not received, contact mishapetsca@gmail.com with the order number. We will review available tracking and fulfilment information and explain the next appropriate step.
Charges
Any customer-payable shipping, tax or other charge must be displayed before checkout. Contact us if an unexpected delivery charge is requested.
