Refund policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact mishapetsca@gmail.com before returning any product.

Return conditions

For a non-defective return, the product must be unused, undamaged and clean, with its original packaging, accessories, instructions, labels and proof of purchase. Opened or used products are not accepted unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Products used by or exposed to a pet cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. Opened hygiene or grooming products, personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, and clearance products explicitly marked “Final Sale” are also non-returnable for change of mind. Damaged, defective or incorrect items will still be reviewed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email your order number, a description, and clear photos or video of the product, packaging and shipping label where reasonably necessary. A return will only be required when necessary after review.

Return authorization and method

Approved returns are accepted by mail only. No warehouse or in-person drop-offs are permitted. We provide the correct return address and instructions after approval. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return costs

Misha Pets covers reasonable return shipping when an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Customers pay return shipping for approved change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and card providers may require additional posting time. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. If an entire order was damaged, defective or incorrect, any applicable original shipping charge will also be refunded.

Exchanges and cancellation

Direct exchanges are not offered. Return an eligible item and place a new order. Cancellation may be requested within 12 hours of ordering but cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfilment begins.
