Adjustable Hip Support with Hot & Cold Therapy

This dog hip brace combines a wrap-around support design with reusable gel packs that can be prepared for cold or heat therapy. Cold application is intended to help ease discomfort associated with swelling, while heat can help loosen stiffness as part of activity-focused hip support.

• 🔥 Heat therapy: Packs can be heated to 40–50°C to help loosen stiffness.

Why You'll Love It

The brace brings physical hip support and temperature-based therapy into one activity-focused design. The outer-access pocket makes gel-pack changes more convenient, while the adjustable wrap helps maintain positioning as the dog moves.

• Activity support: Intended to support dogs with mild hip discomfort or during post-operative recovery while active.
• Flexible therapy: The reusable packs can be prepared for either cold or heat applications.
• Pack positioning: A pocket flap helps limit shifting or movement of the gel pack during use.

Hot & Cold Therapy Guide

For cold therapy, prepare the gel pack to 0–10°C and use for 10–15 minutes. For heat therapy, prepare it to 40–50°C and use for 15–20 minutes. The specified frequency is one to two sessions per day.

Keep the gel pack inside the brace pocket rather than placing it directly against the dog's skin. Supervise use and prevent chewing of the brace or gel pack.

During Activity

The brace is intended for use during activity, including walking and stair use. It is not intended for all-day wear or for use while the dog is resting.

If the dog lies down, the brace may loosen. Reposition it before the dog resumes activity.

Care

The brace is listed as machine washable, supporting routine cleaning between uses.
