HOMBYS Padded Dog Crate Bumper with Tie Attachments

The HOMBYS Dog Crate Bumper is a soft padded accessory designed to line the lower interior of a dog crate and reduce direct contact with the metal sides. Made with polyester fabric and polyester filling, it stands 10 inches high and secures to the crate with 13 ties while leaving the upper portion open for ventilation and visibility.

Soft Padding Around the Lower Interior of the Crate

This dog crate bumper creates a cushioned barrier between your dog and the lower metal sides of the crate. Its half-height design adds padding where contact can occur without enclosing the entire crate, helping preserve airflow and a view of the surrounding room.

Key Features

• 🐾 Padded interior barrier: Soft polyester fabric and polyester filling provide cushioning around the lower crate walls.
• 📏 10-inch height: Covers the lower portion of the crate while leaving the upper area exposed.
• 🎀 13 tie attachments: Multiple ties secure the bumper to the crate and help keep it positioned around the interior.
• 🌬️ Open upper design: The partial-height construction allows ventilation through the exposed portion of the crate.
• 👀 Maintains visibility: Dogs can continue to see through the upper section rather than being surrounded by a full-height liner.
• 🧵 Polyester construction: Made with 100% polyester fabric and polyester filling.
• 🏠 Crate accessory: Designed for use with dog crates indoors or outdoors.

Why You'll Love It

The bumper adds a soft layer around the crate interior without changing the open character of a wire crate. Its padded construction helps reduce direct contact with cold metal surfaces, while the tie system provides straightforward attachment.

• Lower-wall cushioning: Adds padding around areas where a dog may rest against the crate sides.
• Ventilated layout: The 10-inch height leaves much of the crate open for airflow.
• Secure attachment: Thirteen ties distribute attachment points around the bumper.

Materials & Construction

The dog crate bumper uses 100% polyester fabric with polyester filling. The padded construction provides softness and thickness between the dog and the crate walls.

The bumper is listed as durable and weighs 8 ounces.

Designed for an Open Crate Environment

Rather than covering the full height of the crate, the bumper rises 10 inches along the lower interior. This leaves the upper section exposed to maintain ventilation and allow the dog to look through the crate.

Installation & Compatibility

The bumper attaches with 13 ties positioned to secure it around the crate interior. This product configuration is intended for crates where the door is located on the longer side.

Measure your dog's crate before choosing a bumper to determine the appropriate fit. The family design is intended for most small to medium-sized dogs.
