Skin & Coat Care

The Aloe Vera formula is designed to help soothe skin and provide relief from inflammation associated with allergens, hives and bites. The powder also absorbs excess moisture around injured or crusted skin while providing a barrier intended to help protect the skin and coat from further damage.

It is also intended for horse coat concerns such as sweet itch, scratches, rain rot and tail rubbing. The powder format allows it to be applied directly to specific areas as part of regular coat care.

Waterless Grooming

As a waterless horse shampoo, Coat Guard Rx helps absorb sweat while cleansing and deodorizing the coat, mane and tail. Its unscented formula provides a practical option when a full wash is not needed.

The powder can also be used where tack, blankets and other equipment contact the coat to help keep those areas dry and reduce rubbing and chafing.

How to Use

Apply the powder to the horse's coat, mane, tail or other areas where its cleansing, deodorizing, moisture-absorbing or soothing functions are needed. It can also be used in boots and under saddle blankets and pads.
