Derby Originals Ripstop Canvas Horse Feed Bag

The Derby Originals horse feed bag combines 24 oz ripstop canvas with a no-spill inner flap designed to help keep feed in the bag as a horse raises, tosses or shakes its head. A padded noseband, elastic top strap and leather ventilation patch add practical features for individual feeding, including meals containing pills or supplements.

A Practical Canvas Feed Bag Designed to Reduce Spilled Feed

The inner canvas flap runs along the lower side of the bag to help limit feed from falling out during normal head movement. This makes the design useful for individual feeding when keeping grain, supplements or medication mixed with feed in the bag matters.

• Range of fits: Five family sizes cover equines from Mini Horse through Draft sizing.

Materials & Construction

The feed bag is constructed from 24 oz canvas with reinforced material and stitching at the bottom and seams. The family design also incorporates a padded noseband, elastic on both sides of the top strap and a leather ventilation patch.

These elements create a feeding bag that combines a flexible upper fit with reinforcement around areas exposed to regular feeding use.

Individual Feeding

The horse feed bag is intended for equine feeding and can help keep an individual horse's portion contained during a meal. The internal flap is particularly useful when the feed includes pills or supplements that could otherwise be lost if feed spills.
